Our Process To A Happier, Cleaner Bin!

Our mission is to make the cleaning process easy and hassle-free for our customers, while upholding the highest standards of quality and customer service.

1 - Book Your Bin Clean

Once you have accepted our quote and you are ready to book it in we will take care of the rest. We will check what day your bins are emptied and will arrange to come to your property the same day.

2 - Bin Clean Day

The day before you will get a text or email message to confirm and remind you that we are coming. We will wait until the local council have emptied the bin and then will set to work.

3 - Payments

All recurring bin cleans are to be paid via direct debit and will be debited after the bin cleaning is complete. All one off bin cleans are required to be paid in advance and invoices will be sent prior to bin clean day.
