Getting a decent rating and testimonal is a fundamental metric on your property being successful and so you don’t want a full or dirty bin potentially affect the review.

Sometimes the change over days don’t align with the council collection days either so it’s possible that the new tenants will be moving into your property with a full bin.

My whole street got caught out once when I copied one of the neighbours.  They placed the yellow recycle bin on the kerb and I copied them. Then, the rest of the street did the same! what a pain that was. When the Ballina Council truck came through they emptied the general waste bins leaving all the yellow bins to fester for another week.
