It’s a set and forget service that means you never have to wheel your bins out (or in) ever again.
How Does The Bin Valet Service It Work?
- This service requires a minimum of 3 months of Bin Valets,
- We will come to your property the day before bin day and take your bins to the kerb ready for the council collection the next day.
- After the bins have been emptied we will come back to disenfect and return them to their original position.
- If they need a clean we will give them a freshen as required, just like or normal wheelie bin cleaning service.

What Area Do You Cover?
We will be introducing new areas all the time with Tweed Heads being the second area we clean bins in. Eventually we will be servicing from Coffs Harbour to Tweed Heads.

How does it work?
- You will need to fill out our online form to request a quote
- We send you a confirmation of your request and then call you to discuss the quote,
- We send you a reminder the day before so you know we are attending your property and then come to your property the day before bin collection
- Then we come to your place after your bins have been emptied to disenfect and return back into position, we’ll clean the bins if required.
- If you need an invoice we will send it to you on completion of the bin cleans. We can accept multiple payment methods but our preffered is direct debit.
Then if it’s a recurring job start at step 3 again.
Does Coastal Bin Busters require access to my water and power?
Definately not. We are completely self sufficient and carry our own (recycled) water and use a power generator for our high powered pressure washer.
Do I need to be home?
No, you don’t have to be present when we do the cleaning, jast as long as the bins are accesible.
Are your cleaning products environmentally friendly?

How do I pay for the bin cleaning?
Most of our wheelie bin cleaning schedules are paid on a subscription basis with our preffered payment method via Direct Debit.
This means that your payments are fully protect and is very simple to set up.
During these modern times we very rarely take cash on site. For upfront payments we can take payments over the phone if required.
What happens if you don't take my bins out?
If a bin collection is missed due to us not putting your bins out (its hasn’t happened yet) We will arrange for the bins to be emptied at no cost.
We will need access to locked areas.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
Hopefully we would not get to this point but if it does we will try to communicate to you and work out a suitable payment method that you are happy with.
For repeat offenders we will always give official warning and messages including phone calls. If we cannot come to an agreement we may be forced the debt on to a collection agency.
For late payments you will incurr a late payment fee as per our terms and conditions.
